The Economic Recovery and Resiliency Plan showcases how GRADD communities adapted throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The plan also highlights best practices and provides insight into how to increase resiliency in our communities to be better prepared for future disasters. The COVID-19 pandemic accentuated new community needs and projects that can guide the region into a stronger, more prosperous future. These needs and projects are listed at the end of the plan to point communities toward greater resiliency. The list was compiled after discussions with local officials and community leaders on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in their communities.
